DESCRIPTION
We are on a hunt for enthusiastic person for the role of HR Executive / Senior Executive (HRBP). The successful candidate will have to oversee operations of HR activities from start to finish. A go, know and solve is the right attitude for this role. If you possess these qualities apply now, we are eager to meet you.
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE
• Masters in Human Resources/Business with over 3 - 6 years of HR experience including HR Generalist experience as a strategic business partner
• Extensive experience in managing employee relations (minimum 3+ years)
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
• Should be displaying high energy levels, and a thrive to complete objectives
• Brings new creative thinking to problems and implement innovative solutions
• Able to work in tight deadlines in HR operations particularly monthly payroll
• Stable and calm under pressure and maintain records in timely and accurate mode
• Advance Excel and Strong MS office knowledge especially MS word and Power point
• Experience in setting up, communicating and implementing processes and policies that support business requirements
• Will hold strong communication skills and be committed to building firm relationships, especially with regards to key stakeholders
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Should be deliver daily and weekly reporting on HR statistics and monthly or ad hoc HR reports as and when required
• Strong hold on policy making, employee grievance management and other spheres of Talent management
• Active support in expected in People Strategy, full cycle of employee experience from Onboarding to offboarding
• Support Leadership team in all People related tasks
• Implement HR and People related policies, procedures and guidelines with compliance to Labour Law and company's strategic initiatives
• Be able to diagnose underlying issues, understand and anticipate the need for change, build a framework and plan for continuous process improvements, potential scenarios and mitigate risks
• Support the development and implementation of group initiatives in the field of: performance management, compensation & benefits, training & development and other strategic initiatives
• Conduct Performance Management program and create Learning & Development plans, support best practices sharing across the group and organize trainings
